EXTIMA is a non-invasive neuromorphic system designed to detect early physiological risk patterns and activate emergency assistance autonomously.
The device works through the surface of the skin, without medical penetration, without user involvement, and without exposing the user to raw data or alarming notifications.
1. External Biosignal Intake
EXTIMA continuously reads natural surface-level biosignals, including:
micro-vibrations, thermal variations, vascular waveforms, electrical activity, and stress-related patterns.
All sensing is external. No needles, no implants, no internal scanning.
2. Neuromorphic Real-Time Processing
Inside the device, neuromorphic chips process incoming signals using models inspired by biological neural circuits.
This architecture allows EXTIMA to recognize subtle deviations and respond with high precision and low latency.
3. Predictive Closed-Loop System
EXTIMA builds an adaptive personal baseline for each user.
Every new signal contributes to a continuous internal learning loop.
The system refines thresholds and improves early detection over time, enabling accurate prediction of critical patterns 10–15 minutes before escalation.
4. Autonomous Emergency Activation
When EXTIMA identifies a high-risk pre-critical pattern, it activates a predefined emergency protocol automatically.
The device:
- packages the event into a structured technical signal,
- transmits it directly to an EMS console or partner medical hub,
- initiates the appropriate response pathway (ambulance dispatch, operator connection, rapid assistance team).
This occurs without involving the user.
The system protects vulnerable individuals by removing panic, confusion, and self-interpretation entirely.
If the user is conscious, EXTIMA may provide a short neutral assistance cue (e.g., “Help is on the way”), but only if necessary for safety.
If unconscious, the system operates fully autonomously.
5. Holographic Assistance Mode (Optional)
EXTIMA does not display diagnostics or medical data.
The holographic interface activates only in assistance scenarios and only to provide clear, simple guidance.
All analytical processing remains inside the system and on the remote medical console.
6. Natural Cognitive Stabilization (Non-Synthetic)
EXTIMA includes an optional non-synthetic cognitive reward module.
Using micro-pattern modulation and adaptive neural modeling, the system supports natural reward pathways and stabilizes stress responses without chemicals or artificial stimulation.
This maintains clarity and reduces escalation risk in sensitive or vulnerable individuals.
